أصبحت مع معانات المرض انسانا صبروا على الآخرين، تعلمنا الصبر في المستشفى لأنك مجبر على متابعة الطابور واتباع الصفّ والانتظار والصبر على الآلام الإبر التي تترك الأثر على الجلد…… وأثار الاشعّة الصادرة من الأجهزة الضوؤية……
With the suffering of the disease, I became a human being who was patient with others. We learned patience in the hospital because you are forced to follow the queue and follow the line and wait and be patient for needles that leave a trace on the skin …… and the effects of radiation from the photovoltaic devices ……
As for the following: I write and record the daily life that we live, my wife goes to work early at seven in the morning, at the sewing factory in the industrial area next to the rented housing we live in, and hours later I get up from bed that I am almost always asleep after the surgery on the colon that left me with side effects On the bladder and kidneys, I suffer in silence and I cannot visit the doctor because he wants his wages, and I cannot do that because I have no stable income or health insurance except for an invalid health card in public hospitals, and the medicine is expensive and I cannot buy it. I currently have a prescription for the tests, me and my 8-year-old child who has involuntary urination. We have two tests. We bought the cheapest medicine and used it to no avail. We need diapers to use daily.
I have a shop for tailoring and selling in installments. I fix clothes, sew some clothes, buy some underwear and others, and resell them. What I earn per day does not cover the monthly costs of rent, water and electricity.
I am trying to take a loan to improve the store and buy a lot of goods in bulk and resell them.
As for the health condition, I still have 5 appointments at the Cancer Hospital in the capital…a train ticket, at my expense, back and forth, and an overnight stay at my expense per night .
The important thing is that a person suffers in silence and we do not want to be dependent on anyone or extend our hand to people without shame.
I try as much as possible to find a way out to save my small family from deprivation and abject poverty, and to find for them a stable home like other human beings… Housing is the grave of life.
